Due to networking issues with our hosting provider, some of our components were partially unavailable on two occurrences:
* first on the 2021-03-25, around 19:30 UTC
* second on the 2021-03-26, around 01:00 UTC

In both cases the downtime was between 1 to 2 minutes.

The components affected were:
* all APIs
* all Webservices
* all Dashboards
