Between July 17 at 15:30 CEST and 16:05 CEST, FCM push notifications were not delivered on the CEP platform.

Notifications scheduled during this window were not sent and will not be retried. Analytics will show zero delivery for the affected notifications. If impacted, consider resending your campaign.

The issue has been resolved and delivery is back to normal.
