We are aware of a performance issue affecting campaigns sent from the dashboard or the Campaigns API. We are working on a fix.
Delayed push notifications are being delivered. Campaigns scheduled before 12:15 won't be resent automatically.
The issue has been fixed. Campaigns scheduled from the API or the dashboard are now delivered correctly.
