Several customers are reporting issues with the APIs. Push notifications scheduled from now via the dashboard or the Campaigns API or from the Transactional API are not being sent. The dashboard may also have troubles displaying campaign analytics. Our team is investigating the issue. The issue might come from one of our main hosting providers. Some campaigns are being delivered correctly. We managed to fix a severe network issue that was randomly impacting our webservices. In some cases, calls sent to the Campaigns API or the Transactional API were not accepted. If you are using Batch dashboard, the campaigns may have been delivered only for one OS. We recommend you replicate the campaigns that couldn't be sent and try to send them again. The issue is now fixed for 98% of our clients' accounts. You may notice some slowdowns that will disappear shortly. The issue has been fixed. We will continue monitoring the situation.
