We are aware of a performance issue affecting campaigns sent from the dashboard or the Campaigns API. We are working on a fix.
The issue has been fixed. Campaigns scheduled from now are not impacted by the delay. All the campaigns scheduled to be sent during the incident are progressively being sent.
