Our Email Composer partner will be performing an infrastructure update on 2024/10/13 between 09:00 and 09:30 UTC+2 (Paris). The upgrade is expected to take about 30 minutes, but could last up to an hour.
During this time, the Email Composer will be unavailable: you will not be able to edit email messages with the composer, edit your templates, upload new images, and save your emails.
Campaign & Automation sending is not affected: Batch will send emails as expected with the content you previously saved. Once the maintenance is completed, you will be able to start editing your messages again.
If you are using a ZIP upload or raw HTML edition, you will not be affected by this maintenance.
