Elevated error rates on the Transactional API

Between 2023/7/19 06:00 UTC and 2023/7/19 10:12 UTC, the Transactional API experienced an elevated error rate. We estimate that while most requests worked properly, around 4-6% of the requests resulted in a HTTP 503/504 error.

Transactional notifications where the API returned an error may have been dropped, but some were delivered: your delivery analytics will accurately show how many notifications have been sent.
