Monitoring

We have identified the cause of the issue and the delivery of Android push notifications is back to normal. The backlog has been fully processed and notifications are being delivered in real time again.

No data has been lost, all notifications were delivered to the expected users. We continue to monitor the platform closely.

Investigating

We have identified an issue preventing the delivery of Android push notifications. Since August 15, 09:52 CEST, notifications sent to Android devices are not being delivered.
