Since May 15, around 16:00 CEST, we have been experiencing issues indexing “open push” events on the CEP platform, impacting all push types.

This indexing issue led to partial data loss, causing incomplete or missing data in dashboards, APIs, exports, and affecting retargeting campaigns based on open events. Not all data was impacted, but some events remain unrecoverable.

A fix has been deployed, and you may now observe an increase in open rates compared to previous days.
